#12×17: May Gratitude
I challenged myself to express gratitude more often. Sometimes it’s something as simple as forgetting out Ps and Qs and other times it’s about finding the good in each day, because not every day is going to be good.
Each day I wrote down one thing I was grateful for that day. Whether it was a close friend to watermelons because they’re pretty great, right?
So did it work? I think I’ve become more expressive to my nearest and dearest to tell them how much I appreciate them and how amazing I think they are. Occasionally in extravagant ways, but I think it’s necessary.
